If the first sample is not close to what you want, do not panic. Our team will schedule a prompt call with you to discuss where the miscommunication lies. Remember you are not charged per revision. Our chemists are very good and can quickly formulate a winning formula. The more detailed direction our team receives from you, the less likely for formula missteps.
R&D stands for research and development. RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT. Some projects are tricky and will require a little more finesse by our cosmetic chemist team. Nothing is guaranteed. However, our team is good and 99% of the time can create the formula agreed upon by you and Dynamic Blending.
Some processes will be different than stated above depending on many different factors. You will be charged an additional R&D fee if your project scope changes. For example, if your project started out as a shampoo but now you want a moisturizer.
